their horse across 100 miles of desert. But that's exactly what Myna Cryderman from Boissevain, Manitoba has done.
Myna has been endurance riding for the past 25 years and competing
internationally for the last 8-10. She has been a member of the Canadian
Equestrian team, competed at the Pan Am Games, the World Championships and
the Tevis Cup. Myna won the 2003 Ft Howe FEI 100 where she competed against
54 of the top endurance riders in North America and where her horse was
judged "Best Conditioned" by veterinarians. At the 2003 Pan Am Games in
Washington State, Myna had the top vet score and lead the Canada West team
to a bronze medal. Competitions take Myna overseas regularly to places like
Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates. At the 2005 World Championships in
Dubai, Myna finished as the first Canadian and second North American to
cross the finish line, led Canada to a 4th place team standing in the World
and ranked as the #1 horse and rider in Canada.
